We operate a strict ‘No-Fix-No-Fee’ policy, which means that if, in the highly unlikely event we are unable to resolve your problem, you will not be charged. If the problem is diagnosed , but you decide not to proceed with the repair for any reason, you will only be charged for time spent up to that point. This policy excludes data recovery and healthcheck services as well as any other situation that may arise outside our control. For your piece of mind we are covered by comprehensive professional indemnity insurance for all our business activities.
