There is no call out charge during the normal working week (Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm) and we offer a strict 'No Fix - No fee' policy.

No fix - No fee!
We operate a strict ‘No-Fix-No-Fee’ policy, which means that if, in the highly unlikely event we are unable to resolve your problem, you will not be charged. If the problem is diagnosed, but you decide not to proceed with the repair for any reason, you will only be charged for time spent up to that point. This policy excludes data recovery and healthcheck services as well as any other situation that may arise outside our control. For your piece of mind we are covered by comprehensive professional indemnity insurance for all our business activities.

Antech is based in Poole, Dorset. However, we also cover the following towns and surrounding areas: -

For postcodes BH12 to BH18 inclusive & BH21 we charge a 1 hour minimum fee. For all other areas within the coverage area, a 2 hour minimum fee will be payable. We do not charge a call-out fee
