Antech Computer Solutions is a Dorset company based in Poole established in 1996 who provide on demand computer (PC & Mac), iPhone and Android support), to small businesses and home users throughout Dorset and West Hampshire. Increasingly, we all rely on our computers everyday. Small but thriving businesses and charities, who maybe cannot justify a full-time member of staff to manage their IT needs. Individuals, who need their computers to do their banking, shopping, emails etc.

My aim is to provide the highest level of computer support, exceptional customer service and real value for money for my clients. I hold numerous professional qualifications from Microsoft and CompTIA, but always seek to explain things in terms you can understand. I endeavour to complete most tasks on site at your home or business. However, some repairs are best carried out at a workshop and, should this be the case I will collect & return your equipment at a time convenient to you at no additional cost.

There is no call out charge during my normal working week (Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm) and aim to attend within 24 hours (often a same day service is available.)

I operate a strict ‘No-Fix-No-Fee’ policy, which means that if, in the highly unlikely event I am unable to resolve your problem, you will not be charged. If I diagnose the problem, but you decide not to proceed with the repair for any reason, you will only be charged for time spent up to that point. This policy excludes data recovery and healthcheck services as well as any other situation that may arise outside my control. For your piece of mind I am covered by comprehensive professional indemnity insurance for all my business activities.
